This is the most IMPORTANT game in SAN DIEGO ENFORCER FRANCHISE HISTORY. Not to be overstated, the perfect 4-0 SAN DIEGO ENFORCERS will be challenged by NPSFL powerhouse FDNY BRAVEST. 2008 NPSFL Champions, these fire fighters from New York are going to bring with them more than outstanding linebacker #44 TERENCE HALLORAN and Offensive line eating #75 MATT LAPOINTE; this proud franchise brings along with them the most recognizable name in our league. They come by reputation, and bring with them their east coast swagger. They have their legends; their Head Coach MIKE STACKPOLE. They have their stories and mesmerizing heroics of great loss in one of our nation’s most horrific tragedies. And they have a following of retired east coast citizens who had enough of the east coast grind which they quickly traded for a Southern California life style.
This game which pits the OLDEST NPSFL TRADITIONS with the NEWEST NPSFL REGIME has a promise of a show unlike any other this season. With the stakes at their highest, we could very well be witnessing a foreshadowing of a Championship Game to come. With respects to the NYPD FINEST’S and the PHOENIX THUNDER’S of our league; the April 24th match up with YOUR SAN DIEGO ENFORCERS and NEW YORKS BRAVEST will be sure to register seismic activity on any Richter scale.
Offensively, THE BRAVEST run on the intangible arm and legs of the BIG quarterback play of #19 ANDREW BROWN. His leadership and hard nosed direction will be sure to challenge what HAS to be the best defense the NPSFL has seen in a long time; YOUR ENFORCER’S DARKSIDE. Look for BROWN to dip into his bag of tricks early in efforts to stop the onslaught of DARKSIDE personnel. Helping BROWN in the pass game will be as solid of an offensive line as the DARKSIDE has faced in their four years; anchored by #77 SHANN HEALY and #64 ADAM McENTEE, With the protection provided by this mammoth group, BROWN will look to keep his jersey clean as he throws to talented wideout #88 DAN “THE MAN” GUALTIERI and linebacker converted receiver #9 BOBBY GERACE.
#7 PAUL NEUMAN takes hand offs from the backfield as one of the BRAVEST’S team captains’. His speed and quickness is only surpassed by his heart and drive to push the ball forward, looking for every opportunity to gain every possible inch. Joining NEUMAN in the back field is punishing fullback #36 DESMOND DEFREITAS. Look for collisions on the line of scrimmage when #36 and one of the many talented linebackers for the ENFORCERS meet.
Should the DARKSIDE stop the offensive advances of the BRAVEST, the ENFORCERS will have to contend with a few hard hitting linebackers themselves. #35 WILSON “PINEAPPLE EXPRESS” UELIGITONE of YOUR RED and BLACK will have to prove he’s the lovable fan favorite BULLY by matching the strength and quickness of rushing linebacker #44 TERENCE HALLORAN. Should the ENFORCER Offensive line and fullbacks WILSON and #20 JERELL “BRINGIN’ THE” WOODS keep the BRAVEST blitzing backers off of the BEST QUARTERBACK IN THE LEAGUE #14 JJ “WHITE LIGHTNING” CARRELL, look for a career day in the air. Playing a three man front AND playing in front of the ENFORCER FAITHFUL, usually bodes well for the crafty gunslinger. #26 DAMON “MVP” FOREMAN is expected to have a huge game. Joining him on the receptions leader board will be #81 CHAYIN “O-SO-BAD” OSGOOD and sure handed all world tight end; #82 JASON WEBER.
